    dear director of apac,
if we follow hierarchy, your request has to be approved by hierarchy higher than me (i.e., "my boss"), before i get to implement it.
having risen from the ranks, i am sure you agree with this process.

as my old teacher said, "the best way to avoid controversy, is to follow the rules".

I'm redownloading and reinstalling my GoG games to my laptop for an upcoming road trip. I should be getting a normal and constant 6-7 MB/sec (50 Mbps). But, I'm now getting 12-13 MB/sec. My ISP must have upgraded its offerings and gave my subscription a speed boost. I'm not complaining.

What gift to give a 93 yr old doctor. I usually give food or perfume to doctors but I don't think he will appreciate this

I suggest a fruit basket. It would be very much appreciated. Or you can talk to his secretary for suggestions.

if the doctor will charge his usual fee, no gift is necessary.
if the fee is waived or discounted, no gift is necessary, either. the doctor really does not expect one. but a small token is fine, and it need not approximate the moneys involved.
food is nice and practical. if the doctor can not make use of it himself, he can (and does!) share it among his office folks and other acquaintances.

doctors may not remember who paid in full.
but they remember the giver of that delicious apple pie.

    lagare ako past weeks.

Puro kainan kailangan puntahan. Sarap talaga kaso i need to exercise control. Tikim tikim lang. Arte ako sa food eh, ingredient concious.

King chef, mandarin sky, tapos tatlo beses choi garden. Grabe lagare ako in two weeks.

In metro manila eh chinese resto is king. Walang makatapat. Naaawa ako sa pinoy resto walang representation.

I think normal naman yan, kasi kung ako, why would I eat in a resto which serves the food I eat at home? or any dish that I can cook myself at home.
