    kaya it's compliment pag sinabi "mare, ampayat mo"

    -

    sa lalake usually nagiging dad-bod

    which is kinda good in my view

    coz i see it as the guy becoming content and happy being a husband and father

    Si wifey nataba lang each time she gets preggy and the year after, but she easily gets rid of those excess baggage tamad naman mag exercises..

    I got a dad-bod even before becoming a father lol

    I thought it was alright at the time but I started getting sick regularly (gouty arthritis, fevers, drowsiness, etc).

    So I decided to do something about it and got back into exercising. Started slowly 3 years ago and now doing HIIT around 4-5x a week and was able to shed around 40 lbs.

    I think it helped my marriage as well as I have more energy for my wife and she thinks I look really good right now.

    most of my married friends have dad bod

    they're fairly active naman

    tueday night basketball

    sunday golf

    they just look happy

    YouTube (local and foreign). Lots of horror stories on MAC sales associates. Never experienced it though.
