    If I may bro, you should consider 3 things -

    Better Compensation
    Company Stability
    Defined Career growth

    If 3 are present, by all means take it.

    Sounds like a safe path. Nothing is safer and more predictable than my current career path. What's on the table now is something more unpredictable - high risk, high reward.

    I'm just curious, what's your longest job tenure? Since you graduated you've been in 3 companies na ata? (4 yrs?) What will make you stay in one place until retirement?

    If it's my own business.

    BTW the plan is to stay with the current one for quite a while. To be honest I'm perfectly fine with where I am and it's better than what most people my age have. I'm performing above par so career progression is on the horizon.

    Though I just got a call earlier for something that's more exciting and a completely new adventure to take on. I'll see how it goes and decide when I have a clearer picture of what's in store.
