I had my bp checked twice using a digital BP monitoring machine (haba nung totoong name lol).

It's normal naman, 130/80 and 120/80 for my age pero it's a little high.

So yeah, must be stiff neck lang and stress or may naka-upo sa likod ko. YIKES!

True! kaya imperative yung blood chem every 6 mos. and bp check monthly. just to be sure.

Sodium talaga yung main cause ng high blood pressure so i'll try to cut down on my salt intake and increase my potassium intake thru fruits and veg.

BTT: Swerte ng mga housewife because it's like they never have to "adult". The husband takes over the role of the parents in providing everything without anything in return (financially, responsibilities) eg Dad used to buy and maintain the car of the daughter, now it will be the husband who will buy and maintain the car. This is assuming the husband can maintain or upgrade the lifestyle before marriage.

Parang yung officemate ko as soon as her BF proposed she resigned and now she just posts on FB travelling, shopping, spa etc. She said she is a breadwinner so I assume the future husband will also provide for her family. True Love
