ako kuya big more than one 1/2 years na ako hinde nag- ba-buffet. hindi ko na talaga kaya buffet. eto nga pasko and new year grabe ang flow ng pagkain sa 2 families, from 27 to 30, grabe exercise. kahapon naman Jan 2 I exercised for 2.5 hours, today, 2 hours. medyo maluwag na feeling ko pero feeling ko sobrang bloated pa din. I am 140lbs ngaun! bad trip sobra, kainis but that's with my office attire, usually nag-timbang ako hubot hubad eh, siguro mga 138lbs ako ngaun, bad trip pa din eh 132lbs lang ako with office attire eh average

yun kase nanay ng wife ko grabe kung magluto kare-kare, porchetta, chicken relleno, cold shrimp salad. ohmigosh. tapos yun bwiset kong kapatid nagpapalakas tuwing holidays nag-steak saka nag angus burgers 1/3 pounds pa I mean for me na ok na ang burger steak meal na tig P55. san ko pa lalagay sa body ko yan mga food na yan


ayaw ko kasi nag-gym ng January, kasi ambaho sa gym grabe lagi yan. kasi talaga maamoy singaw ng other members, amoy lechon, pasta, cake, bibingka, sari-saring amoy. kaya tignan nyo dami nila kagat sa katawan, kasi nag-fe-feast di ang dust mites sa skin natin pag sobrang oily or surot, dahil nga malasa ang skin nating after the holidays. so eewww

ngaun tuwing umaga grilled cheese and camomile tea lang ako, pero I took 3 rounds of cups in one tea bag to burn off my digestive system

i dont get fat easily kahit how much i eat....im lighter now than i was in college..193lb 14% bf in my 6ft frame

Am a little bothered at how some priests handle baptisms and wakes. Me pinuntahan akong lamay last year, the mass had a very consoling feel to it...dun sa isa naman...i don't recall what the sermin was exactly, but i do remember feeling that it was a bit inappropriate give that the family was i grief. Nangangaral pa e nagluluksa pa ung pamilya.

At one baptism naman, sinaway kami ng pari kasi magulo't nag iiyakan pa mga bata. i mean, what do you expect from kids? Matanda na si father so i doubt if it was his first time.

There was a video a few years back about a priest in Pampanga who gave baptism to a child but gave a very harsh "sermon" to the parent, who was a young single mom. Pinahiya pa ata ni father dahil sa pagiging single mom kaya the video went viral and even made it to TV Patrol.

I don't remember if the priest was made to apologize, but the news item did highlight why a lot of young people are leaving the Church in droves because they feel that it is no longer relevant with the times and the actions of that priest was a prime example of the Parish not being in tune to the needs of its parishoners.

Eh kasi nga weights exercise mo, kahit nakaupo ka na sa tv sa gabi, you still burning fats. Ako kasi tumigil NASA weights kasi lagi ako napapasma, mga ugat ko ata mahina. Minsan sa umaga kinakabahan ako baka Dina tumatayo yun pututoy. Eh kasi pag di na daw tumatayo yun to the max may problema ka na sa ugat, kasi wala naman buto yun diba, puro ugat lang

i did the usual food run from 27th-30th buffet straight...250pesos only sa boracay, and iloilo, then we had a buffet in tagaytay nung 31st...1300...laki ng price diff, ganun din naman, same feeling pag busog..
