Mabini, Anilao. With beachfront. 2k sqm. Hmmmmmm.

This was the design i wanted to build on it. But its too expensive.

So its a pipe dream.

Besides, will Anvaya permit you to build a house like that?

I've been on the hunt for something similar myself, but nearer to my farm in Lian sana (either Nasugbu or Calatagan), no such luck .. Yet.
