I don't like female dentists. I've had the same dentist for over a decade. My problem is when my dentist retires which I think will come soon (he is senior age na ata)

BTT: Why are perfect guys so modest? Parehong pareho ng complaint si boss and crush ko (their weight) WTF! These guys are in their 40s and have younger women crushing on them. Isn't that enough proof that they still look good? Of course you can't have the same weight as in your teens when you are in your 40s. Pangit din naman sa 40s na at payatot.

Anyway, my boss just told me kasi he needs to reduce weight when he goes to Manila. I already told him he does not need to lose weight (I have his latest pic from a marathon) I don't know how else to convince him that he looks just perfect 6 foot tall, blonde hair, green eyes, matikas and so fit (I can't keep up with him!) Perhaps, it's their doctors that are reminding them to lose weight. There's probably more to their medical history that meets the eye. That's one thing I learned from my own ordeals when I was still losing weight.

If you really want to know what the insider story is among foreigners..... Many of them think Filipinas would marry the fattest, ugliest, and oldest foreigners around if it meant greener pastures for them. I thought I looked okay. So did everyone else. Not so to my doctor.

It's one of the biggest gossip causes here among Filipinas. Whenever I see a grandpa whose Filipina wife looks young enough to be his grand-daughter, I advised the wife to avoid socializing with other Filipinas because of all that gossip crap.

Example yung officemate ko, the guy is a health buff. Flat tummy and very visibly toned. Only an idiot would say that he is overweight.

I don't believe that weight should be the only basis on whether a person is healthy or not.

You can't gauge people's health by their appearance. If your boss says he needs to lose weight even if he looks okay, then it's probably because he has weight-related medical issues you're not privy to.

para sakin the only way to be classified as not obese is for you to fit in the S of all Uniqlo clothing line. kasi Uniqlo designed their clothes for all races eh, tignan nyo di lang hapon ang models nila.

so even if you have muscular colleague, dapat mag-fit sya sa S. if not then that muscle is still laiden with fat. so sa puntong ito, ano ba talaga silbi ng muscles. I just think it's something na pinaghihirapan sa wala na naman use sa dialy lives natin.

kagabi kakapanood ko pa lang ng Baywatch, the fit body is Zac Efron, while The Rock is also fit na din coz he's tall. pero si Vin Diesel na mas pandak, yun ang fat / obese. and OT! ohmigosh! I mean what the patay na patay ako talaga kay Alexandra Dadario, she's my equivalent of Athena or Venus, She is a goddess! those blue eyes whew. cant wait to watch The Layover, kahit andun si Kate Upton, Alexandra pa din!

Of course my "obese" officemate is not pandak. He is tall. May levels naman kasi ng obese, andun siya sa lowest level.

yes doc, but bmi formula is out of date, more than 150 years old, inaccurate na sya, for an accurate reading, modern facilities uses a dexa scan...
