Apple, Fitbit and now Xiaomi miband 2. Ok na rin Xiaomi for a cheap tracker. Meron na rin heart rate monitor. I'm gonna used this hard. Not gonna baby this Xiaomi mi band 2 mukhang ok naman.

Same results lahat. I'm not getting enough deep sleep.

if youre strict the whole day and youre at a calorie deficit, just grab a snickers bar, the 50g variant, around 2 hours before you sleep, sabayan mo yung sugar crash...grab a headphones and listen to audio books or something on youtube like boring conspiracy theories, sure na tulog ka...

I was wondering why there seemed to be an increase in undisciplined drivers again. While we were out of state, the cops had installed laser and camera speed detection systems which forced drivers to slow down and be on their best behavior. That's why whenever we visited (to check on our house here), driving around was a pleasant experience.

Apparently, shortly before we moved back, the city residents voted to deactivate the lasers and cameras. So now, we see speeders and drag racers doing their thing once again....I don't mind.

Needed to gas up, blaze100.. pero napansin ko bat nkalagay 97 octane sticker. I asked the staff and ang sagot lang sakin wala na daw un 100 octane na blaze100. 97octane na lang daw talaga blaze..
hala.. dko alam kung tatawa ako o maiinis.

Iirc, I once saw a sticker (looked official and not one of those diy signs) sa pump ng Blaze na minimum of 97RON sya. I'll take a closer look at the pump next time I gas up.
