It's interesting light driving (as in driving a car) can burn calories (68 cal/hr) while riding in a car does not. No wonder I'm starving after a long drive. I normally don't eat that much on road trips so that I don't have to take a dump halfway through.

Once in a while, I can convince the wife to hold up my food and drink so I can take a bite or sip (on coast to coast trips).

    Zero vs 68

    Thats a mistake imo...

Perhaps, the concentration and focus required in actually driving helps.

I drive with two hands always after hitting that damn deer in washington. And we have more twistys here in the mountains. I think thats more than 50calories per hr lol.

You too, eh? We hit a deer head-on in 2012 back in Upstate New York. The insurance company paid for all the repair costs. Unfortunately, there are weakened parts that did not reveal themselves until years later.

Anyway, we have relatives in northern Nevada plus friends in Salt Lake City. Both are 12-hour drives each way. I might eat a couple of McNuggets and a few fries during the drive.

Went to the base gym because the gym at work was full. It looks like the active duty folks went back to basics with their mandatory PT: running laps around the outdoor track, calisthenics outdoors in pairs.

The gym machines and indoor track are used mainly by off-duty military, dependents, and retirees. Seems around the 9-11 am time frame, a lot of hottie women did their thing. I wasn't complaining.

It's a battle of will senior, parehong mukhang bato. But then again at the end of the day, Digong will be the winner cause their already even talking about impeachment. Trillanes has all been a while an Abnoy boy. He was used to hit Binay on the assumption by LP that a Binay fall down will be Mar's gain. Try to bring GP as VP then no more impediment for Mar. But they forgot about Digong and never gave him the chance. Now Lapiang Palpak is scrambling for a last push for Mar. But too late senior. With a wide lead on survey, with all the machinery they have, the best he will beat will only be up to GP.

The other day and yesterday lang, i kept asking caddies & waiters in our club, are they still gonna vote for Du30 despite this Trillanes expose ? Yes is still their answer. Last night drinking with high school mates, 6 of us. 4 for Digong, 1 for Mar , 1 undecided. I think the voters has made their decision already and it's only the undecided that may be left swinging.

As i've always said, Mar has passed his prime in 2010 when he surrender the presidency to Abnoy. Between Mar & Abnoy, Mar has an over whelming achievement vs Abnoy hands down but then why would he just the VP of a non-performer? That's where he lost the presidency. Presidency is a destiny, if you miss the bus, it ain't gonna come back.

Let's just focus on Leni as that's gonna be a neck to neck battle rather than waste our time & effort on a lost cause.

BTW, the 200M trillanes is talking about, that's mine. shhhhh...

Lastly, so when are you gonna come down in Manila so we can hook up with sir CVT?

read on fb some people are closing their bpi accounts and encouraging others as well due to their privacy being endangered by the fact that trillanes had access to duterte's account. hayop parang mga vip ah hahaha.

fb is a cesspool for clowns wanting to feel important, and i love it haha. para akong nanonood ng basketball na may suntukan.
