Mapfre will file a claim with the bus company and will eventually learn about your quit claim and will not pay toyota. Worse Mapre will bill you back. I think that would be considered double compensation by law.

I'm quite pissed with Mapfre's customer service. I was transparent with them every step of the way by constant emails and landline calls (they don't give out mobile number contacts). Ang bagal sumagot, grabe. In contrast, the bus company reps and lawyer were responsive and courteous.

I was thinking of teaching Mapfre a lesson in good customer care by going through legal challenge but I will choose the pay-it-forward suggestion instead

If pinahirapan ka ng mapfre, then by all means don't get them ever again. Samahan pa kita na wag nang kumuha sa mapfre. I'll consider other companies for my grand stare 'so insurance. Buti na Lang I chose federal Phoenix for my other car. [emoji1]

My last time with Mapfre actually and when my compre expires in a couple of months, I'm changing insurance company with better customer care 👍

What's with this LTO memo on vintage cars?

and yess.. the guy tried to explain the logic behind it.. but in truth, i got lost along the way.
seems to me, it was ill-conceived, had no definite use or advantage, and served only to make life more difficult to the owner AND to the lto.
i mean, the second statement appeared to belay the first statement... most cross-eyed example of gobbledygook i ever heard.
if you ask me... 'twould be better if they simply treat the vintage as any other car.. subject to current rules and specifications. but no retroactives, please.

Pwede na daw during weekends & holidays. What they should ban are those smoke belching & dilapidated vehicles rather than generalize. Really stupid heads in LTO.

- Voluntary lang ang vintage car scheme.

- If you register your old car as vintage, you pay a lower registration fee, your car must pass a lower standard of tests (example: a less strict emissions test), but you can drive it only on weekends and holidays.

- If you don't want to register your old car as a vintage, you have to pay the normal registration fee and your car must pass current tests (example: stricter emissions test), but you can drive it everyday.

Old cars in Singapore can be registered as a classic.

- 35 years old from original registration date.
- Vehicle can be used 45 days in a year.

Ilang yrs na innova mo bro? After awhile bibigay naman talaga mga mechanical parts alternator compressor wheel bearings etc. Wag lng ang mga oil pump at water pump hehehe.

It makes me miss my 96 corolla. I sold it in 2014 with its original alrernator. No issues pa. That car is indestructible.

Oo nga e. Ang napalitan lang dun radiator saka yung power steering naging sakit niya. Pero sa engine no issues whatsoever. I still miss that car. I grew up with it kaya grabe iyak ko when I sold it. Hehe.

What is the normal limit of regular credit cards? My cc increased in limit again. I asked them to keep it at 25k so I don't overspend and as protection in hacking. This is a regular card and now I see they made in 500k :rant: I specifically said to keep it at 25k!

It will be turning 9 years in December with 171K KMS in the odo . It was my first time to experience this problem hehe.
