I clearly told my boss last year that I wanted my pesky colleague out BUT I don't have the capacity to absorb her job. Few weeks ago they did get rid of her and transferred her job to India. Today I found out that India says they cannot take this on! So now they are giving it to me How can I absorb the work of half a person (my colleague only works around that much) These Indians only accepted the easy tasks!

Ganyan ba talaga mga Indian! Hilig mag pasa or ayaw tumanggap ng trabajo.

So I complained to my boss (this is the first time in 6 yrs I complained about being given work) My boss had to call me (from HQ) and said he cannot let his boss know that I have an issue with this. So he had this long explanation on why I was the best person to do this. He told me "promise me no more crying okay?", all through out the conversation he told me several times no more crying. And then I heard our other boss laughing (my boss seatmate)

In the end I accepted the work only for this month. And he expects no OT from me. I said I will delegate some work to India next month and he agreed so I sent the email

Sometimes I cannot help myself, iyakin talaga ako and I think my boss knows me too well

This is a tough one. And I've never been good at predicting market upticks or down trends. Since this is supposed to be an investment rather than for end use, then I really do have to be careful.

I'm leaning towards land now rather than condos. But my target is a "tear it down" in san lorenzo village or magallanes.

Not sure with Magallanes. During Ondoy some streets there were flooded badly with the ground floor almost submerged. Although my Mom said in the 60s Amorsolo would get flooded na rin. Hehe.

My Dad had a beetle. No AC too. I even saw a picture when they all had beetles in the 60s (or early 70s) haha.

kita sa video naka americana pa nga... well i guess nag pabaya talaga tayo sa kalikasan at di nabantayan ng gobyerno.... pero since nasa tsikot tayo, siguro yong mga old un-tuned diesel engines na gamit sa PUV at truck din ang isa sa dahilan... oo may smoke emission testing tayo ngayon at ASBU (anti smoke belching unit) tayo, pero alam naman natin sa smoke emission eh pwede non apperance/suhol at sa ASBU eh private pinag iinitan, suhol naman sa PUV at truck...
