It is a good thing that they're not my preferred carriages from pointA to pointB...

Else, I will be an involved observer cheering from the sidelines....

Thinking about visiting my female cousin who recently immigrated and bought a house in Los Angeles. They don't live too far from Santa Barbara. I love the place.

I wonder if lazada will be bought by ebay.ph Or if amazon will do business here in ph.

Uber and Grab made a successful integration with the online community. Maybe its time for better online services.

Anyone been already to Las Casas Filipinas in Bataan?

How was it? Will be on a 3 day vacation tomorrow.

No foods allowed, are they strict on that policy?

May nearby ba na pwede kainan? Commercial establishments?

    TIA

    .
May be not because of our antiquated law that limits retail trade business to Filipino citizens or to companies 100% Filipino owned. The reason for the law, which was an affirmative action, then was to equalize the playing field between Filipino (I guess native) and Chinese (I guess immigrant from China) in the sari sari store business. But at present, sari sari stores are no longer fair game to Chinese immigrant. I don't think their stores in 168 Mall are considered sari sari stores.

Maybe it's time to revisit and revise the law. It's so 1950s.

In terms of international commerce, national boundaries are blurring. Aliexpress readily ships to the Philippines.

I have. It's a great resort, stands out among all others because of its historical touch. You'll really appreciate how meticulously they restored each of the ancient houses. Make sure to try out their free tour.

They have a restaurant in-house which is quite pricey but not overkill. Food is quite good. No other options for food as you're isolated from any nearby towns. Closest city would be Balanga which is roughly an hour away. The small towns of Bagac and Morong are very rural so don't expect even Jollibee to be present.

When we were there, I only brought some chips and they didn't seem to mind that.

Lahat ng smartfone ngayon may GPS na. Download ka lang ng app for the locator function. Pero kung more on accuracy sa GPS smartfone ang hanap mo. I suggest na kunin mo yung may triband location (A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS) na fone like Samsung S6, Note 5, Note 4, sony xperia 5. Pero kung sa midrange Samsung Galaxy A3 2015 version ang may triband gps.

Traffic ngayon sa Hermosa because of the bridge that's under construction, only 1 lane passable so buhos-buhos.

After that, free flowing 80-120 kph traffic until the intersection at Pilar.

BTW, daan ka na rin ng Mt. Samat since you're there. Very nice historical landmark promise.

Last time I was there ginagawa na yung tram!
