Makati has what it takes to be the gay capital of metro manila. Straight-looking male from afar but when you are near oh my they want banana. And some ladyboys are prettier and curvier than the female you would thought they are for real :bwahaha:

Thinking about splurging on new mags and wheels. Sayang yung stock though, low-mileage pa naman.
I understand. My Mom says that to me all the time but when I tell her it's all relative we always end up in argument.
This is our life now:
1. Our workload has doubled. The company does not replace people who leave kasi.
2. Implements stupid projects to help our workload but ends up increasing it.
3. Good people are leaving
4. Management expects us to finish in 8 hrs forcing some of us to skip meals to finish early
5. Takes it against our rating when we work overtime
6. Zero to little increase to reach company target
7. We get a few days of rest and we are told we don't get the benefit of that anymore
AVL tells us deal with it, we are lucky to have our job. This is coming from a life when I actually looked forward to Monday because I couldn't wait to go to work. I guess it's all relative. I should really leave my job now.

^that sucks. Go hunt for a new job na, it doesn't make sense to stay and be miserable.
Keep in touch with your German boss na lang

Need to weigh the pros and cons in everything. Work smart not hard.hehe
Naluluha luha nga ko ngayon because I don't think I can find a boss as good as my German boss. And I do like what I do. It's really the top management that is giving us a hard time. I can't blame my bosses too kasi sumusunod din lang naman sila. Unfortunately they are losing good people. I've had several colleagues and direct managers that were assets to the company and left.
