    Malapit lang kalookan sa proj 8 holden, sabihan mo lang si papa clavs, may libre ka pa kain sa wan chai. Bro greenkyt, sama ka na din hehe

    tambay kaya ako noon sa petshop diyan yung "7 seas" kung pamilyar ka ser?
    suki ko rin yung vet diyan nung nagbibenta pako ng vits at gamot pang aso.

    pinalayas ako nung vet nung isang gabi binebentahan ko sya ng shabu pang aso.

    may mga tropa at mga walang hiyang kamaganak din ako diyan sa inyo (GSIS). naalala ko pa nga yung Glori's diyan.

    I thought about that before but I could not afford to live in a condo that's walking distance from my workplace Some condos had separate payment for parking space pa. Yikes.

    All condos charge a fee for parking. If you're buying a condo, the parking slot will be another half million..

    Oh wow! All the while I thought 1 unit = 1 parking or the number of parking slots were dependent on the size of the unit.

    I thought old condos (80s) came with parking space? or it was never that way?

    Studio type normally don't have parking and in some condos even a 1 bedroom don't have parking. Minimum na ata 2 bedroom for a parking spot.

    This morning tumingin ako ng apartment (with garage) inside a village since hindi uso ang condo dito sa lugar namin. Hehe

    Malapit lang siya sa gym and sa work kaya I'm almost good for it. Kaso na-ooverwhelm lang ako because yun palang budget ko can get me a 2-storey house. Natatakot din ako na baka hindi ko siya mapunuan ng gamit since I will be starting from nothing.

    The stretch of Jupiter street in makati is full of no parking sign yet andami nakapark along the road.

    May oras ba allowed magpark mga sasakyan?
