    kaya wala akong mairerekomenda sa iyo.

    kung preliminay pa lang 'yang bid ng mga contractors mo, ibalik mo na
    lang uli sa kanila to make a final bid.

    ipa- review mo na lang uli sa mga engineer mo 'yung estimates / pricing nila.
    tingnan mo na rin at baka may mga "qualifications" 'yung contractor kaya medyo
    tumaas ang presyo niya.

    kung natapos na lahat at "mahal" pa rin, you have no other choice but to give the
    project to the lowest bidder ... and ...

    nag usap- usap nga ang mga contractors mo, hehehe. :bwahaha:

    Talagang hindi maglalayo ang mga iyan,- dahil kung kakilala nila ang isa't-isa,- mag-a-agree lang sila kung sino ang mananalo at puro subcontracting na lang ang gagawin ng mga natalo,- kaya malabo...

    Dapat,- hindi sila magkakakilala,- and most importantly, push for OSM.

    And if you have the moolah,- hire a reputable QS to push the prices further. You will save more than what you paid them, and they make sure that there will be no unnecessary delay in the project.

    meron nga akong mga estimators and engineers pero hindi naman ni rereview. kung ano pinasa ng contractors un din ipa-approve sa akin.... langhya. kaya naghahanap ako ng new pcab contractors that is the only way.

    Meron akong nabiling bundok thinking off papatag ko tapos palagyan nang swimming pool.

    saan kaya ako makakuha nang comtractor na magaling magBID... mahirap kasi baka lokohin ako hindi swimming pool ang gawin kanal na lang
