First 2 years are a struggle, specially after meals. When you start to hate the smell of cigarette smoke, that's the time you can really say you've kicked the habit.

if you have a son or daughter give him/her 500 pesos everytime you light a stick. ganun ginawa ko sa erpats ko dati tuwing nahuhuli ko siya sinisingil ko ng 100(malaki na noon yon) kahit amoy lang sa banyo at naiflush na niyab yung cigarette butt.
