Any inputs from those who went there? Primo? TPLEX still free of charge?
Now is a good time to go as the weather the past few days has been great (also good to go before they start that reblocking work in the Rosario, La Union area again). I would have chosen to go up today until Sunday if only our work schedules allowed us to take a leave. I'll probably go up again sometime February.

TPLEX is free until January 5. Use of TPLEx free until January 5 | ABS-CBN News

Thinking about going on Atkins, Paleo or Cohen diet. I read that sugar/carbs causes mood swings din. It could help me manage my mood swings. It is gonna be a challenge to stay away from sugar

Take the back road, at least from Rosales to Binalonan. Roads in Pangasinan are kinda bad. Bearable but if you miss seeing and slowing down for the road cuts inbetween reblocked and old asphalt, it's a suspension beater.

Speaking of Baguio. My firewood stash got moist due to the cold weather (whoever used the place last forgot to recover the tarp i put over the firewood). Hirap tuloy ako mag start ng fire sa fireplace... kulang nalang i pour gasoline. :D (but i got it started anyway, with a generous dose of newspapers and kindling wood).

Regular exercise rather than any kind of diet for me "burn what you eat " i think most people magkaka mood swing kapag d nakakain ng maayos hehe

I know, been there last December lang. I can't deviate off Macarthur since I'll pass Manaoag pa. I'm leaving 2-ish, Saturday morning. Catching first mass at Manaoag, and hopefully breakfast in Baguio na.

Yes. I need to exercise again but carbs really do affect a person's mood.

*C4U, i think moderation and exercise is the better option than going cold turkey with a diet of some sort.

Great! :D

Where in Baguio is your family abode? Paterno? Monterazzas? Outlook? We bought some furniture at Sabados last weekend... still a great place to get real wood furnishings.

Vinj ikaw ba talaga si Vinci?

Anyway my Mom's cardio went on paleo, low carb diet, all whole foods, nothing processed. He looks at least a decade younger. Omg! He's about 40 and he has no maintenace drugs. But really my goal on quitting sugar would be more on controlling my mood swings. Uls knows that very well

Baka mabigyan ka pa ng picture niya if you're nice to him... easy to please yan. :D

Wala kang sport? My younger bro had some anxiety issues and mood swings before and it was his judo training that really got him through that funk.

I used to play tennis but I don't have time anymore. Dati kasi 2 hrs per day 5 times a week ako gym but my work sched does not allow me anymore. I honestly feel terrible now. My mom does not want me taking meds to manage my "issues". Mag CEFAM na lang daw ako but I don't think it will help. I think it's more physiological so diet and exercise can help nga.

Pero wow Vinj, you've got strength in character there, may kilala ka rin na NPD ( narcissistic personality disorder) diba? Tapos bro mo anxiety issues naman. Pag anxiety issues naman hassle yung panic attack! I get hives or can't breathe pag stress ako :bwahaha:
