Solid sa mahal na rin yung ginagawa ng SM group dun. More than 100K per sqm AFAIK. You just buy the share and just pay the monthly dues... Wala naman renewal yearly since you already own the share.

Tenuous connection lang. I was hoping Renault's popularity in Europe would bring it back to the Philippines.

I'm a fan of old school French cars. Never drove or owned one. I was able in sit in the Renault Twingo when they introduced it in a car show in the 90s. Filipnos did not buy it. Maybe because it had the same price as the new and slightly bigger Honda City.
