We have a stray cat outside our gate and 2 husky inside. I really want to adopt the stray cat but just don't know how to introduce them. My huskies already killed a lot of small animals.

How would you introduce those 2?

As long as the car is a regular house resident, the dogs will just learn to live with them. Even before, ganun experience ko growing up with pets in the house.

Nakakatuwa kasi yung pusa ng kapitbahay na papasok sa area namin, susugurin ng mga aso but yung pusa namin hinahayaan lang nila.

One of our farm goats who thinks he is a dog. Roams around freely within the house premises. And tags along with me when I take a walk in the sugarcane fields.

That would be his “kill” pose.

15 years ago I saw a small goat being loaded in a pick up tapos umiiyak siya. Because of that I became a pesce-pollotarian.

Hi, we raise goats for their milk (home made cheese) and to maintain the grass height in our yard.

A cat that my daughters been feeding outside our gate just jumped inside our yard. Chaos ensues, buti na lang naka takas yung pusa. Sabi nila husky would outgrow attacking small animals as they grow old, apparently not, my husky is already 6 years old and he still kill small animals.

I don't know what to do, those cats outside our gate are already pets for my daughters, I just can't tell them to stop feeding them.

cats keep coming back and camping at places where there is food source.
if one stops feeding them, they leave.

I remember a few years ago my eldest daughter came home from school with a box of kittens, 3 kittens she found a few meters from out house. Naawa daw sya. We tried to take care of it, but our husky seems very stressed and want to attack them.

Since I don't want a kitten massacre, we decided to leave the kittens few kilometers away from our house. My daughter was sad but I think she realized we just avoided a very bloody massacre.

You have to establish who’s the boss in the
house. You have to show that other pets are welcome.

Mild mannered pa nga yung Husky compared to guard dog breeds (GSH, Doberman, Rottweiler, Belgian Malinois, etc.) but there are owners of guard dog breeds who also have cats or other pets.

I'm not really sure but as I see on YouTube they can co exist, there may be a way but it needs dedication, maybe you have to take them all first in a cage inside your house and let your dog be accustomed to them being inside, I would wait for a sign like the dog sniffs the cat inside the cage instead of being aggressive towards it.

our dogs grew up amongst cats.
we did not do any special procedures.
we just put the dog on the ground. when the cats came, we did not do anything.
it would appear, dogs are like babies. they have no pre-concepted opinion on cats. hating cats is a learned experience.
    they can co-exist splendidly.

Glucosamine with MSM. I just bought today for fat lab. Yung Kirkland, once a day lang. I used to get her Weber brand but her Dr told me to switch to Kirkland. I read amazon reviews and it's good nga
