Personally, I don't get impressed na with people who know specific brands kasi everything is googleable now. I don't understand why people need to prove people their status, nobody cares naman

His opinion LOL. Wala ako kilalang Fil Am na mayabang kasi those born there are Americans naman na talaga. Siguro yung mga bar girl na nakapag asawa ng puti, may yabang. I often encounter sa FB videos na baliko English na nags scandalo if they don't get the service they feel entitled to Tapos sasabihin "I'm an American"

Talking about real property, ang tindi ng taas ng bentahan ng lahat ng klase, lot or H&L sa FB. Parang everybody is an agent now and nakikisawsaw na lang by posting for sale without any knowledge on how to answer queries about the property. Madalas, they acknowledge your ask na available pa but they take a long time to reply to details. Parang tinatawagan pa another agent. I wonder why the seller agrees to this arrangement. Maybe magbebenta lang if the price is right. At the price the agents are selling, jackpot sale ang hanap ng owner.
