Healthy change. I switched years ago because instants make me palpitate & I read brews are antioxidants. Instants dont taste anything like brews.

i only use this to charge my android phone galaxy s10. differences i noticed:

-a bit more heat than my 30w charger pero not to that point concerning

-yun display ng phone ko i was surprised lumitaw "super fast charging" old chargers i use display "slow" or "fast charging". i did not know till now may super fast pa pala

    - time to full charge approx 15-20mins faster ang super fast compared to fast.

Kakulangan, sino ba naman tanga na bibili ng cast iron na water jug. Maski mura yun, kakalawangin at mabigat. Esep-esep paminsan minsan.

Maybe the reason for extra heat because of the "super". May I ask what brand did you get?

There are ways to go around the expenses for books. The upper classmen in my son’s med school pass down their e-books to lower grads for free. My son has an ipad dedicated for these books & lectures. Before the pande(monium), he goes to lectures with only the ipad, power bank & apple pen. He transcribes notes. All in one. No need to lug around foot high 5 kg books.

    back in the day,
we didn't lug around heavy tomes.
we just had writing instruments, lotsa paper, and the requisite plywood for writing on.

we left the heavy books in the dorm or the haus, for the requisite nightly burning of the eyebrows.
some of us would literally tear apart the thick books into chapters, so's we can bring them and read them more easily during our spare times in the classroom.

    nowadays,
    with electronics,
    studying is a bit... different.
but the burning eyebrows is still there.

Uhm... may mga photocopying shops sa UBelt that "reproduce" books
Copyright violation? For the xerox shop, yes. But if the student commissioned it, iniisp na lang na "for scholarly review", "personal use", etc. but sa totoo lang, that's really stretching it (pini-pilosopo na lang)

My point is not to spend for books anymore. I think it’s tradition for them to help the lower classmen.

No reason to flunk with all the materials just a net away. The youth are lucky nowadays. Its so easy to look for references, unlike the old days.

    alas,
still closed notes and references during exams.
    heh heh.

    i remember my student days,
i would go to the library to look for references in the index medicus,
    hoping that:
    1. the reference would be available in the library; but more importantly,
    2. no numbskull tore off the all-important page that i was looking for!

    buti naman,
torn pages syndrome was a pretty uncommon experience, back then.

    nowadays,
research is at the comfort of your home, in your chosen time (no closed libraries).
but one has to have plastic (credit card) from time to time...

Not everything is in the internet, we still had to go to the library to do our research. It more convenient that the filing system is computerized now. We were taught how to do it manually when we were in high school. Out of the thousands of books in the library, probably only 10% are in the internet.

Not having access to a library is an unpleasant fact about online classes. I believe you can still request books but it depends on the school.

Speaking of libraries, I remember during the 80s, I have to apply for membership in Jefferson library to access the latest books.

Maganda sa AdMmU at kasama sa TF yung online library access. Sana lahat ng school at students kaya ganyan para kahit online classes, maayos research mo.
