Land banking better than regular banking. Gonna renovate this old pre-loved home and hopefully rent it out.

It has a very nice view as well and it is still in QC kags!

I used to use ATs on my old SUV which I used at least 2x a week off road (for work) but personally, I didn’t like them. Too noisy on the highway & not very grippy on wet roads. They also didn’t offer much on soft, wet grass & bogged down on a few occasions that I had to be pulled out by the farm tractor. They look good though, & that’s probably the only good thing zi can say about them.
