    New 40 gal. gas water heater plus labor to ensure installation is compliant with city building code.

    I guess water heaters start going bad when they hit the 20-year mark. The old water heater still works. But, the calcium buildup makes it sound like there's a thousand marbles swirling inside.

    Brand new water heater. Installed yesterday. In the past, I could have installed it myself. But, the state had some changes to the building code I wasn't aware of. It even required a special permit. Something I never had to deal with in the past.

    maybe yung nagrerave eh mga friends or sila sila lang din kung baga artificial. Pero katagalan eh hindi na masusustain kasi nga gaya ng sabi mo hindi masarap.

    ilang taon na yan maganda reviews, nagulat nga ko kasi mas mataas pa rating sa all time fave chocolate cake that I've been buying for more than 20 yrs. Wala na ko tiwala sa social media reviews ngayon

    Merville but I heard that it's being sold at Shell Magallanes. Dati sa house siya for pick up then it got so popular in the 2000s na they had a separate pickup place na sa ibang street.
