    Use blue light filter / blue light glasses at night when using devices ... 3-4 hours before going to bed ... It will help you go to sleep easier ...

    OT: My bedroom Alexa is scheduled to play sleep piano music every night at 9:30pm. Sometimes I mix it up a bit and listen to rain with distant thunderstorms.... white noise. Helps me sleep soundly every time.

    Made it to the VS semi annual sale at the last minute!!! I found out it was the last day at 5 pm today. I told my Uncle and Aunt I have to go to the mall. They were all cozy and sleeping and they were joking na they jumped off of their pajamas so we can make it to the mall on time HAHAHA! They are in their 80s but still very strong
