sayang takot ako dyan sa area na yan hehehe
mahal parin actually sa SM appliance. you need to haggle.
i'll let you know. sakto nasira yung isang AC unit thats why we bought inverter na.
if you will renovate, better mag split type ka na since it will be quieter and cheaper cash out. more expensive to clean lang, unless you will do DIY hehe
Carrier is still at 40T plus. Hitachi is cheaper for now since they're trying to penetrate market. There are fewer parts and service centers for Hitachi.
Carrier window type are the most convenient to clean.
You need to factor installation cost of split type air conditioner.
Actually considered a split type but since this is for a condo unit (yung sinabi ko sa yo nung nag date tayo :gayfight, servicing and install will be easier with a window type.

I usually buy aircons from a store in Mandaluyong who advertises on OLX.
Hopefully the window type inverters go mainstream all the more so we can see acquisition costs go down in the coming years.
It's a good thing I only use AC during summer. Inverter ACs are so expensive! But it's really sulit if you use AC daily.
i bought from this store
