Yup CA law sucks. But NY and NJ gun laws sucks more big time :-). Good thing pmags are dime a dozen.

I'm looking at the latest one from Leopold. It's a 1-6x24mm. It's more adaptable to 3-gun comp I plan to participate. I also like that I can control different magnification levels on the fly.

Wifey doesn't like my arsenal build up. She doesn't bite my best pinnochio meme that the next zombie attack will happen in SoCal bwahahaha

do you have a shotgun already? i also want to join a 3 gun comp but unfortunately there aren't that many range in the philippines that has a 3 gun comp. btw i suggest practicing to shoot with the iron sights first so that when you are really accurate using just the iron sights, you'll be shooting like a sniper once you get a scope. i have a friend that can shoot a small drawing of a face on a small pure foods corned beef from 100meters away with just an iron sight, when he uses some of my guns with a scope 200-300 meters is a piece of cake for him.

Yup. Remington 870 Express Tactical and Mossberg 500 (actually it's my dads sg).

I try to get to know my iron sights well with more range time. Nobody wants to be in a gunfight unfamiliar with irons on an optics failure situation.

Our ranges here are set in yards unlike there in PI which is meters.

Btw, riflescopes nowadays are better adapted for co-witness targeting.
