December 18th, 2022 03:35 PM #20091i don't know,
one has but to add the times together, to know when the entire washing cycle is over...
unless one is purchasing the gadget for other things...

Washing machine actually shows the number of minutes it will take to finish upon setting it up from the start. If it shows 50 minutes, you can estimate and get back to it after 1 hour.
Using an app so see it's done is just one more way to know for sure, in case you forgot or miscompute.

Our LG washing machine is hooked up to the wifi network at home and tied to an LG app. I can monitor and control the washing machine thru the app even if we are outside the house. Sometimes, we just load it, add soap/softener, and then turn it on later. It dries automatically also.

I have received and installed this smart plug. The I can view this app and see if it's consuming power like this, or it's 0 when not.
Another supposed to be good news is it can work with IFTTT, so it can trigger any task when for example current or voltage reach certain level. That means I can program it to do voice notification or send sms when the laundry is done. The bad news is the the app this plug used requires $9.99 a year subscription to be able to link to IFTTT. ₱500 a year isn't that expensive, but I'm cheap, no voice notification then. What model is that? I have the Carlinkit 4.0 CP2A which I enjoy and an AA Wireless dongle for another vehicle. Both give me great wireless android auto connectivity but I prefer the latter.

Mga Sir, stupid question.. Pero itatanong ko na lang din, bakit po kailangan ng carlink or auto dongle sa mga head unit nyo? Anong functionality yung wala sa HU bakit kailangan nito?
