What could be the reason why the taste difference between asian and US made chocolates?

the formulation may be the same, but the source of ingredients may be different.
one regional milk may taste a bit different from other regions' milk.

US cadbury has to follow certain FDA requirements that might not be in force elsewhere...

I checked the Carbury dairy milk in my ref and its manufactured in Portugal.

I cant tell the difference in taste, kailangan siguro e medyo chocolate connoisseur ka.
