One of my parents biggest regrets was not to purchase the lot beside our house, the owner offered it to my Dad before having it listed, The lot is oddly shaped kasi, like a spanish fan, so mas maganda kung sakupin namin, but then we didn't have that much money to buy a lot on a whim. We're not big time like CVT

Bro,- It's not really a big lot(same area as our place), but something that we can use as an extension of our garage (I hate to/never park in the street), plus a half court basketball, and area for a small garden et al.... Good "investment", they say, but we look forward to enjoying the extra space...
(Now, if the owner of the lot at our back would agree to selling it to us...
).....
