Cold exposure? It's been cold in the evenings which is fantastic but some could get coughing fits or sore throat.

New 40 gal. gas water heater plus labor to ensure installation is compliant with city building code.

I guess water heaters start going bad when they hit the 20-year mark. The old water heater still works. But, the calcium buildup makes it sound like there's a thousand marbles swirling inside.
