if corazon aquino did not became president. first of all, she's not a legitimate president. marcos did not resign but was abducted by the US for messing with the import business. you see, world leaders who don't like US poilicies are either assassinated or abducted. in this case, marcos was a victim. he did not order anybody to kill ninoy. as a matter of fact, marcos warned, begged and cried to prevent him from coming back because one of his rogue generals are on the prowl. he didn't care, that's why he got killed. people assumed marcos ordered it so people made up the so-called people power. to back it up, US ordered IMF to frame marcos of plundering sums of money.
