All comparisons on the internet have the same conclusion as well. Not to mention, the Note 5 has greater dynamic range in each shot, allowing me more versatility in Lightroom if I need to post-process.

I'd argue that an iPhone can still keep up with a Note 4 due to better WB and quicker AF, but the Note 5/S6 is a different beast altogether.

Next gen Samsungs should come out by summer, but of course at a steeper price. It's a good idea to wait and see how big the improvement is. In my case for Apple, I upgraded my iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6 instead of a 6S since the difference was very minimal. I'll just get an iPhone 7 this Christmas since that will surely come with a new design, and hopefully a better camera.

Yeah the camera of the Note 5/S6 Edge plus is a beast.

Yup the note 5 camera is very good. The iphone is merely good enough. I still think samsung is kinda stupid for taking the memory card out.

There is no memory card on the Note 5?!?

I'm glad I posted because I was really set on getting an ip6 for my next phone purchase.

Is it easy to unlock the note 5? I'm deciding on the 6+ or note 5 as my contract has ended. I'd like the note 5 if it can be unlocked Immediately Kai's dual sim which I need

None and only the 32gb model is available through samsung ( I believe there are 64gb grey market phones).

The reason why manufacturers took out memory card slots kasi minsan pasaway ang users. Gagamit ng low class na memory cards na will cause slowdowns to the system tapos ang sisihin yun unit. I am not sure if this is same with computer components:

Your system is only as fast as the slowest component.

Edit: What do I want now? A Nikon D5300 + Kit Lens. I am starting to learn basic principles of photography.

If camera ang priority sa pag bili ng phone. Oppo is 1 of the best option.

Google Photos autoupload feature solves the lack of memory cards in both the iphones and galaxy's. I use the free feature (which compresses the photos) and so far have uploaded maybe 1tb of photos and videos. The thing I like is that it gets photos from my phones, servers, etc and organizes them into one nice searchable database in the cloud. And its free.

Took me about one week to upload everything 24x7 but its automatic and left the server unattended. For my phone pictures roughly about a week as well (I set it to upload when on wifi).
