    My kuya was into CB then VHF. That's where the term EB and RK first came from diba. Pag guapo or maganda Q5 ata. Lots of military children then. Even as a child I knew that the radyo crowd were goodlooking. hehe. Pag maganda setup bayo bayo pag pangit mongo tawag. Api ata yung handheld lang. Hehe.

    Sonetimes my kuya uses me pang plus points sa girls playing the doting brother. haha.

    Tama ka naman Sis,- iyan ang gamit ng Tiyahin ko. And so, the brand name stuck in my mind.,...

    The coolest thing that we have is the phone patch (phone service while on the road) and duplex mode.....EBs may be a disaster because you may hear the sweetest voice on the air, but not the you-know-what in person....

    Nasaan na nga ba ang aking 2m ringo ranger antenna at repeater-base units?.....

    Ang mga kotse namin,- pataasan ng antenna...

    We still use those in the province.

    The oldtimers used to speak really good english (fluent). My grandparents on both sides were fluent in english and spanish. Ngayon, the old people of tomorrow will be fluent in text and jejemon talk ...... jejejejeje ... :D
