di talaga maiwasan ang sumigaw minsan, pero as much as possible I try not to shout specially when there are other people around nakakahiya naman... I just take a deep breath and think about a happy place

Depends on where I am.
If I am in the car with someone, I put on loud music.
If I am in the car alone, I put on loud music and scream (pow-tongue-enough!).
If I am at home, I play a sensless violent video game where I can try to kill everything I see... Hehehehe..

ako...hmmm..depende eh...minsan tahimik lang ako (trying to calm myself nalang) ...minsan naman kinoconfront ko kung kanino ako galit...or sobrang mataray ako...
