    JTWC is pretty confident in its forecast now that there's an eye forming. The rest of the bad news is that it expects Goni to make landfall as a Category 4 with wind of 220- 240 kph (125 knots) and gusts of 270 - 290 kph. Not good news at all for Catanduanes, the entire Southern Luzon, the Bicol region and the eastern sections of Central Luzon including NCR.

    Manila will probably be under signal number 3 and get 100 - 120 kph wind on Nov 1/2.

    Ako personally mas naniniwala ako sa forecast ng PAGASA eh. Sila yun home court sa atin saka alam nila yun historical path ng mga bagyo na dumaan dito.
