As usual. I'm correct about relying purely at Internet forecasts based on computer models only. It said we were getting to a high of 67F (19.4C). Right now at the hottest part of the day, we're barely hitting 50F (10C) and wet.
I have my window open and I can feel that wet chill blowing in.

There's no el nino event this year. Darating yung rainy season as usual in June or July...
The onset of the rainy season in June, or July, is expected to replenish the Angat-Ipo-La Mesa River System with fresh water supply.
“At this level, given Pagasa’s [Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration] weather forecast that we will experience normal, or neutral weather condition, we are confident that there will be adequate water to last until the end of the dry season,” David said.Last edited by Monseratto; April 16th, 2020 at 06:15 PM.

very cloudy sa amin ngayon pero wala naman ulan. although, kumulog ng 1 beses kanina tapos wala na.
baka early rainy season ngayon pang bawi kasi mother nature always seeks balance dito sa atin...most of the time anyway.
to a degree, iyong covid19 medyo may silver lining din in the sense na halos walang commercial activities kaya hindi ganun kalakas konumo ng tubig ng manila ngayong summer. wala kaming naranasan na water interruption so far.
