it is really hot. i played golf yesterday and i just walked the whole round (didn't use the cart), drained me, could barely swing on the 18th.

At this point of the year, better use cart half way if not full 18 holes. Normally i walk my first 9 holes in the early morning then cart on the back. You'll never know when heat stroke gonna hit you.

Reminds me of about 16 yrs ago when i played at Kai Sau Chau golf course in HK. There's no cart to rent and just mere caddy who only pull's your bag in a trolley nothing more on a hilly lynx course on summer time. I gave up after the front nine due to tremendous heat and sat under the shower for half an hour to cool down.

Baguio weather pag March - May time, actually best time kasi malamig at maaraw . Pero pag July -Sept, summer time din dun as in maiinit at very humid.

with this kind of heat if you plan to stay outdoors and keep moving better keep hydrated. keep drinking water kahit di ka uhaw, ibang klase na init ngayon di tulad dati.

the front 9 was ok. it was littered with tall mahoganies. but the back 9 was lynx - like. the 4 hrs walking, the heat, the humidity had taken their toll. sort of i tested my endurance, but I won't take a chance next weekend- tournament day. I'll grab a cart for sure. And yes lots of fluids in the bag.

I do hope that jf it rains, wag ambon lang. In this heat, a slight drizzle only dissipates heat from the ground, making the air more humid. Once it stops, you're back to the same high temps, only with a much stickier feeling.

I've been spoiling myself with aircon all day since just going out to an un-airconditioned room makes me sweat even without physical exertion. It's not surprising that today is this year's hottest.

Bro, I was in Aura yesterday around 6pm and I did not even feel the A/C. I was sweating while eating dinner I thought I was having a heat stroke!

Stock up on Gatorade to fight off heat stroke. Perspiration will just evaporate leaving you dehydrated. Hydrite solution is cheaper and will also refresh the salts lost

Driving to work kanina akala ni misis tanghali na kami dahil sa taas ng sikat ng araw.
