    Traffic is surprisingly light at this hour. Well, from Las Pinas to Makati route anyway. Marami yatang natakot/tinamad lumabas dahil kay Lawin.

    Watching GMA News TV...as sir Jun pointed out, Luzon's geography(specifically the Sierra Madre mountain range) weakened Lawin as it hit the eastern coast.
