    The continuous rain is reminding me of Mang Ondoy of Sept 26, 2009.

    Ondoy happened in broad daylight. Lots of people easily evacuated with the benefit of daylight.

    What makes this bad is all this flooding is happening in the darkness of the night.

    Kudos to the traffic enforcers i saw who were braving out their posts. I thought my trip home was bad (2 hours+) until i went online and some people from work texted me.

    Still not Ondoy levels as the rains would weaken from time to time and the tide on Pasig river seems to be going out to Manila Bay.
