    Around 2am dito Samin. We were drinking last night nung sumipa malakas na ulan. Though I might be drunk and looked at the time wrong.

    Tinaasan nga yung portion na yun pero binabaha pa rin. Yung NB 2 lanes lang ang nadadaanan while halos 1 lane na lang yung SB.
