    the first floods washed the drainages clean of garbage, making the subsequent floods easier to drain?

    Surprisingly, R. Papa LRT in Manila not flooded it seems the new drainage did do its job.

    Yes and I guess they already put additional drainage to avoid the flood good job dpwh.

    Obvious yan pag nag traffic na dito sa area namin due to those rerouting to avoid that area.
