    THE LOW PRESSURE AREA EAST OF APARRI, CAGAYAN DEVELOPED INTO TROPICAL DEPRESSION “FLORITA”
    HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND AREAS
    Heavy Rains
    Currently, “FLORITA” is not directly affecting the country.
    Tomorrow early morning through afternoon, light to moderate with at times heavy rains may prevail over the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon.
    By tomorrow evening through Tuesday evening, the passage of this tropical cyclone over the northern portion of Luzon may bring heavy to intense rains over the Northern and Central Luzon.

    as i recall,
    the legendary habagat of 2012, enhanced by a tropical storm, brought record floods to luzon.

    so yes,
    there are always exceptions.

    i didnot gloat because madami nadamage at natigok..But typhoon is needed.

    Human has the choice where to live.

    I hope the government should buyback lands to decongest ncr.
