our street was like that.
in the 60s, our lot was a foot higher than our street.
today, after three (?) road-repavings and cementings, our driveway is half a foot lower than the street.
our driveway gets flooded before the road gets flooded.
welcome to city planning.

The problem with laundry now is the "kulob" smell of clothing due to lack of sunshine. I suggest mix some vinegar to your fabcon.

Those UV lights that some bought for anti-COVID disinfection can probably do double duty and help with kulob as well.

ilan araw na ulan pero maliit dinagdag sa angat dam. 0.05 tapos meron pa nag negative na araw. Imagine puro ulan tapos subraction.

Pero today 0.80. Ngayon lang ganyan na medyo.....hindi ko masabi mataas.

the dam's water level will not increase significantly, if one has to rely solely on the amount of rain physically falling on it.

dam water level relies on the various tributaries that empty into it.
and it takes time, for all that rain falling elsewhere, to drain into the dam and raise the water level.
