    what has happened since ondoy, that caused this much flooding in that area?

    I've heard from GMA's Mang Tani former PAGASA meteorologist explanation that since August we have 7 typhoons and the last 3 Rolly, Siony, and Ulysses has saturated the soil even the Sierra Madre.

    Dunno why people blame the gov't for not giving enough warning

    In this thread we're aware of ulysses days ago

    Nagpopost si Mons ng photos from pag asa

    Meron din other sources like accuweather

    Tuesday palang nag handa na kami (office)

    actually ung preparation namin for Rolly di na namin binalik sa normal coz we' were expecting another typhoon

    We overprepared for Rolly and Ulysses

    Tinanong ko sa tao namin sa Araneta ave di naman daw umabot sa office ang tubig

    It's strange Marikina experienced worse than ondoy level flooding

    Sa area ko malayo sa ondoy experience
