    It's raining hard already. I was planning to go Mercury pa naman

    yung kay habagat before kaya double jeopardy kasi three week before eh puro ulan na yun mahina halos everyday. Naalala ko yun kasi sinabihan ko friend ko grabe walang hinto ulan 3weeks na. So it was called habagat kasi hindi typhoon eh and booom tuesday biglang buhos tapos wednesday 3pm buhos ulit.

    si ondoy naman eh hindi ko maalala yung weeks before pero hinid anticipated kasi the week before pabanjing-banjing pa ako sa erodriguez d.tuazon driving my vti civic. Naalala ko yan kasi walang ulan nun at may nagtext sa akin september 20 ata. Its really the overflow ng dam hind nacalcula ni pag-asa.

    Si habagat nagpahandaan yan kahit papaano dahil narin sa experience kay ondoy.

    Ito ulysees hindi mahangin so maybe madami tubig mamaya not sure pa but if puro ulan for a couple of hours or the most 5 hours im ok than puro hangin na so unpredictable. Mahirap kasi pag electric wires ang pagalaw-galaw.

    At least ulan lang si Ulysses at wala kasama malakas na hangin. Ganito din ba ito nung nag land fall sa Catanduanes area?

    Baha pa rin sa ibang parts ng Bicol from the last typhoon. Sa dami ng ulan na dala nitong bago kawawa pa rin mga tao. But yeah at least hindi masyado malakas ang hangin.
