So strange while Tatalon Araneta E.Rodriguez is chest deep, Blumentritt Espana to Dapitan is dry... Even Dimasalang is flood free.

Given the intensity and scale of the rains, i'm wondering why the mayors hesitated to declare suspension of classes early on. Majority waited until this morning, a few hilaw pa magdeclare, and some suspended only this afternoon.

Three LPAs drawing in monsoon rains. It's not rocket science is it?

And it doesn't look like the MMDA/etc were prepared to assist(or baka lang kulang sa press coverage?). Di pa ba natuto sa nakaraan?

Probably the debris from the skyway project are in the kanals in araneta.

Even before na wala pa ang skyway project ay prone na sa baha ang araneta and until now no changes.[emoji23]

I want a rainy season for the month of june to february. Basta kung ano best for the trees and nature.

nung time na yan marami na kinakabahan pero duda ako. Kahit sabihin pa grabe at the moment typhoon sa japan/taiwan/china
eh it doesnt mean ganun din sa pinas. Halos walang ulan dumating. Kasi usually yung mga measuring device eh hindi accurate. Ako base sa obvious = i use my hearing and eyes. the sound of the rain, wind, the color of the clouds, temperature, the feel of the moment. Kung pwede lang masusi pag-aaral eh about animals because yung senses nila mas better.

Mas importante we split hairs pag about sa typhoon kung maulan or puro hangin.

kayo naman. Hindi ako naniniwal sa padisplay display para "swerti"

Im into functionality. If its obvious then no more palalaliman pa isip.

Pero if we need to split hairs then we need to himay himay para to get the exact score.

I have to agree, they should have declared it earlier. My son left around 7 and when I was about to go out at 9, I saw him returning home because classes have been suspended.

You really have a good sense in predicting things. How about tomorrow? I need to go to MOA and I hope the road is clear.

usually kung 2nd day ng bagyo depende yan sa sound and quality ng rain. Jan na ako magrerely sa pag-asa satellite.

Pansisin nyo ang ulan. Sa una pasok buhos talaga tapos pag kalagitnaan eh magsesettle down nagrerelax. Jan nyo matatancha.

May kamaganak kami malapit diyan sa Talayan Village.

One time, a 16 wheeler truck overestimated yung capabilities nung vehicle niya- we found it stalled sa floodwaters diyan sa Araneta Ave. lagpas ng Retiro (Kala niya ha?)

Either dahil sa flood yun or nasiraan lang talaga dun sa may baha pa

They should raise the road elevation as much as 8ft in araneta ave to cope the flooding there.
