    Pinakamalapit sa manila na landfall niya is sa Mindoro lunes ng umaga daw mararamdaman eh. Signal number 2 tayo kung sakali.

    Wala Palpak JTWC, max bilib aka PAGASA Dahl meron silang data history to inject Sa simulator nils plus they have actual sensors in place. Besides kaya mas malakas ang wind speed ng JTWC dahil 1 min average finagawa nila while pagasa and the JMA eh 10 mins average

    PAGASA is the official forecasted kaya adapt silang talaga I-monitor...plus yun JMA dahil sila nag handle ng regional natin dito, not JTWC pang military Lang ng US yan

    As per ANC, the closest it will get w/ m.mla is when it crosses the upper tip of mindoro, which is on tues evening or early wed morning.

    Ruby is now at 140kph & moving very slow * 10kph only.

    Seriously now, the "amihan" is literally "poisoning" Ruby in its track, almost to a dead stop. It's a matter of time that it either dissolves, or gets pulled northward by the jetstream. Though there's really still a lot of rotational energy and that needs to dissipate.... soon
