Wow. Buti pala tumuloy na ko at hindi nagpalipas ng baha. We left LCM at 6:30 pm, when we passed Lagusnilad, build up pa lang. Leftmost lane ng Taft walang buildup except for some areas. Sa Buendia skyway on ramp lang ako nabaha na gutter deep. I'm here at the South and it's raining until now.

^LOL, swerte mo nakatakas ka. Kapag bumaha ang Binondo no chance ka na makaalis. Ang lalim ng tubig sa Ermita then decided to stay in the office hoping huhupa ang baha. Nainip at medyo namamahay ang puwet ko kaya umuwi na rin, ayun as expected waterworld Sampaloc sa parking na lang walang baha.

^What time was this? Balak ko pang magpalipas oras sa LCM hanggang 9. Inisip ko mabilis naman huhupa ang baha. Kapag less than one hour ng heavy downpour hindi pa pala lubog ang Manila.

6:30PM then palipas 2hrs.. Paglabas ko traffic naman dami nag hesitate sumulong sa baha. 1-2 hrs yta ako sa traffic.

Depende sa precip level, kung malaki ang patak at continous then sumabay ang high tide then mainit ang panahon prior that, sabay pa mga basura sa lansangan, sigurado baha kahit 1 hr lang..

FORECAST: Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, BicolRegion and the provinces of Pangasinan, Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest to southeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the southwest to west over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
