    PAL. Visual landing lang kasi kami so if pilot can't see the runway no go ang flights. Usually sa Cebu ang bypass ng flights namin if they can't make it through as Mactan has all the electronic doodads available for a blind landing. Malaki chance matutuloy flight mo mamya
