So what if a slight equator shift occurred that resulted to PH getting moved a bit higher above the equator line causing a drop in temp? This coupled with the fact that the polar vortex has spread downward and that the pacific cyclone path has moved down to the VisMin area may suggest a unnoticeable shift in the earth's rotational axis.
